    In this case, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.     In my case, re-login every now and then is pushing me to look for other sync methods. But what is the most frustrating is that, sometimes, if you are not logged in, you can not even see your locally saved notes.

    I understand that this behavior is intentional, which I think is clumsy on the part of boox.

    Boox web services are far from productively usable today, in my opinion of course.

    I don't know how many times I have had to relog in both my device and the google chrome plugin to be able to send pages or documents. So many times that, for the moment, I have wasted more time looking at alternatives than using the ebook productively.

    And I try to download my notes, after finding out if it is in the older version or the newest, and it stops downloading the document in page 11. It has 74. 

    However, using the local web server that this device mounts (booxdrop) works properly.
