Wifi is not turning on, MAC address is 02:00:00:00:00:00 (NotePro, 2.3.1)
Hi everyone!
Weirdly my Wifi and bluetooth stopped working after the battery drained all the way last week. I can not turn on the little switches in network settings nor can I turn on Wifi or bluetooth from the notification bar or navigation ball. I tried a factory reset as well as installed the newest firmware from the bootloader. In Android settings, the MAC adress for the Wifi adapter is reported as 02:00:00:00:00:00. Some configuration file for the wireless network seems to be corrupt.
Is there a way to install a factory-image to the NotePro or some facility in or near Germany I can send my NotePro to get it fixed?
