Note Air Factory Reset

Does anyone know how to do Note Air Factory Reset? I have the same problem as this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Onyx_Boox/comments/jpvs13/have_i_bricked_my_2_day_old_boox_note_air/

"Now, on startup, it shows the words "To start Android, draw your pattern" with absolutely nothing else on screen at all - no dots to join, no buttons, no other text, nothing.

So obviously, I can't draw a pattern, I can't cancel, and I can't go any further forward with the startup. All I can do is shutdown or restart, which eventually brings me back to the same screen.

A factory reset might be the solution, and I'm happy to do that, but how? There's only one button on the device and that just leads to a reboot."

  My new Note Air crashed and the only thing that showed up on the screen was to do a factory reset. I did a factory reset and now all the text is in Japanese. How do I get back to English?
