V3.0 Max Lumi - Unable to push-transfer books / download firmware update / send 'Feedback' from device / etc.
Hi,
I wonder if there are any server issues, or if the issue is on my side.
First, I could not syncronise what I saw on https://push.boox.com and what existed on my device. Then I could not push-transfer the books on the abovementioned website. Then tried to go for a firmware update on the Max Lumi, but it gave the following message: 'Download failed! Please check the network and download it again. Do not disconnect the network or turn to Sleep Mode during downloading.'
I have to mention: I did not disconnect, nor did I turn on the Sleep Mode. I checked the internet connection as well, and it was fine (500mbit/sec). Worked perfecly on every device, including the Max Lumi (if it had to load a google page for example). But I tried the update from other internet connections as well - same problem. I tried to reboot - the problem stayed. I tried to send feedback on the Boox, it failed to send every time I tried. In the meantime https://www.boox.com/ gives the following message: 'Error establishing a database connection'.
I tried most of the things that I could come up with. Would anyone mind helping out with some sort of idea how this problem could be resolved, or refer me to any previous posts where it has been resolved already, so that I can start reading? :)
