Pen Inking Default Settings

In addition to setting the default page template, I would like to be able to choose the default pen setting.  For example every time I create a new page I would like the pen color to default to blue ink and all the line widths of pens and shapes to default to a setting of 7.  Is it possible to change the default pen settings in the note app?
