No split-view on Nova Pro?

I updated my Nova pro to fw v3.0, excited to finally be able to use split-view and draw in the notes app together with a 3rd party app (Anki) for my japanese flash cards. However I can't find how to do it.

  I've read somewhere that the systemwide split screen functionality requires Android 7.

  That's why it's only available on NeoReader.

  Now, if Onyx kept his promise to update the Nova Pro to Android 9 (or 10), that would be great.

  All the more as many websites will stop working with Android 6 in 2021 for security reasons.
