    In this case, you are suggested to submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.     I wonder if you received a reply to your question . . . .

    I am a new user of a Poke 3. You may wish to try this method to restore the opening of your PDF document with NeoReader -

    Hold your finger on the image of your PDF document for a moment and you will se a window pop up: "Open With". In that window, you will see a check box at the bottom: "Set as a default program". After checking the box, tap on NeoReader v3.0 and your PDF document should continue to open using NeoReader. There must be a way to set this preference globally on your Boox device.
