    Hello, thank you for your swift reply. Unfortunately, the provided steps did not help with solving my problem. My device can still "see" my home WiFi only after a factory reset until the first poweroff/reboot. I suspect this might be a firmware issue.

    I'm going to update this thread in case it helps somebody in the future.

    After a few days texting back and forth with the customer support using the built-in "Feedback" function, we were able to fix this issue by changing the 2.4GHz WiFi channel on my router to channel 6.

    Hi,I have exactly the same problem. I was only able to use my wifi exactly once, then it stopped seeing my router. So sorry I bought this expensive piece of shit
