max lumin missing side note scribble

In Note 10 when you select the scribble options there is an option of adding a side note which  gets embedded in the pdf itself. In fact in the note 10 there are 2 side notes options. You can also open a side note that is stored on the notes app but it is not embedded on the pdf.

 

In Max Lumi I do not see the scribble side note at all. IS there a way to activate this? Will there be a firmware update bringing back this option?
