Feature Request: tabel of content

A great feature would be if I could create a table of content within a notebook.

  To expand a little on topic starter's idea- it would be very helpful to have ability to add any

  sort of links. Let's say write something then highlight it and turn into a link. Once • turn into a link" option activated, a pop-up message might a s k whether it's a link to a 

  web-page or a local page.
