Note Air - issues

Hi all, I just got a new Note Air. Am facing a number of issues:

- Undo button from Floating Toolbar performs the function of Jump to Page. Cannot find an Undo or Redo button. However, Scribble toolbar does seem to have a functioning Undo button

- Two-finger zoom in or zoom out isn't working

These are just some of the initial issues. The undo button issue in particular is a serious hamper. I've tried a factor reset which didn't fix the issue.
