    Got some spare nibs today and replacing it fixed the issue with my stylus. Glad about that, though they could have included some spare nibs with the reader at its price.

    Same issue here, new tablet, used for 2 weeks, already unusable :(

    Do I need to buy nibs and swap every 2 weeks? Very moderate usage as I am getting used to the tablet.

    stephane for me it only happened once, I haven't replaced the nib again in five months. If you have put too much pressure on the nib, there's a chance that's broken inside even if in the outside looks fine.

    That said, I bought a Staedtler noris digital jumbo stylus with eraser myself, and I have been using that one instead of the original that comes with the tablet. I think is a good investment for the eraser.

    I have received my nova air 2 with the same issue. So I got new nibs as suggested. But for me replacing the nibs didn't solve the issue :(

    Had this happen with my Lamy pen today. Changing to a new nib fixed it. Remember, the life of the nib will depend on:
    1) How frequently and intensely you write.
    2) The type of screen protector you're using. Expect a shorter lifespan for the nib if you're using paperlike matte protectors. I've been using the ESR protector since June 2021. Finding it too dark and slightly blurry. Switching to a DooDroo protector, which should be smoother. I'm hoping the switch will extend the lifespan of the nibs.
    3) The brand of nibs probably has some impact. I bought the Wacom, but Voja of Deep Guide recommends the HP gray-scale nibs.
    4) Don't play with nibs - I probably blunted mine quicker than it would have been had I left it alone!

    Same thing has been happening with mine. Super annoying because I do all my schoolwork on my Note Air. We ordered new tips so it better help. I've been pretty disappointed with my Boox in general, very glitchy.

    I solved it by getting a replacement of the pen. Replacing just the tip didnt help.
