Can not update firmware from 14_20 to 10_36

Just brought Nova 3 . when tried to update firmware from 2020-11-10_14-20_3.0_ed12109  to 2020-11-19_10-36_3.0_88a2f03  screen shows pop up Download failed . I tried many times , over 50 times but still can not  Please advise .
