Problems with Boox provided templates after upgrade to firmware 3.1
I have updated my Note Air from 3.0 to version 3.1 and found problems with the templates.
I now no longer see any cloud templates. There are no errors, the tab shows 1/1 page and is empty whereas before the upgrade there were a number of templates available, such as the To Do.
I'm also now unable to use different templates on different pages in the same notebook. I don't use any custom templates, only the ones that Boox provide. I often use a mix of the To Do and ruled lines in my notebooks.
Both of these features were working before the upgrade. Does anyone else have these same problems on their updated device?

Hi, I'm also unable to use different templates on different pages in the same notebook, along with a whole load of other issues I'm having since updating the firmware. I've submitted these via the Feedback on my device and on push.boox.com and will wait to hear back.

The support team helped me with setting different templates in the same notebook. Perhaps this setting was reset by the update: when in the Templates layer, click the settings icon then untick "Apply to all pages".
I still can't see the Boox cloud templates so will continue to work with the support team on this.

Hi Christine, thankyou that worked! The box was already unticked, so I had to tick it, make changes, then untick it again and that seems to have done the trick. I still have some other issues such as disappearing notes, so hoping Boox will get back to me soon.

The support team had initially thought I had problems with syncing notebooks and suggested the below. Perhaps it will help you. They advised to change to the CN server, don't login when prompted, then switch back eg I use the US server so I connected to CN, skipped the prompt to login to the cloud, switched back to the US, then logged into the cloud.
