Note Air 3.1 - Google Play Store apps not appearing on App page

Hello, I was able to properly set up my Google Play Store account and download a few apps.

The apps, however, do not appear on the Apps page: if I search them by name I'm able to find them but it's quite unconfortable to do so everytime.

  Please kindly go to the Storage and find these apps' files. Move these apps files to the directory under the folder APP. Thank you for your attention.

  I am having the same problem on my new Nova 3 (original version)! Please help!

  Thank you Boox Service Team but there is no APP folder in Storage and I'm unable to find them.

  Please update to the newest firmware and process a factory reset.

  If the issue still exists, please submit bugs on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.
