NeoReader cache and notes/highlights in PDFs from other apps
Hi,
I have GoogleDrive sync set up which syncs my PDF library with my Note 2 (fw 3.0).
Sometimes I edit notes/highlights to a PDF file on my PC, it syncs correctly, but when I open it in NeoReader, while I can see new notes/highlights directly on the pages, I don't see them in the list of comments under TOC. Also, when I delete a note/scribble on my PC, it stays there in NeoReader.
I suppose this must be due to NeoReader cache, because if I open the same file on my Note 2 in Adobe Acrobat, I see the updated file correctly. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be currently any way to delete NeoReader's cache.
Best

OK, I just did that. However:
1. This seems to be the default answer to any questions here. It is much easier to communicate via desktop than Note. There is very obviously no need for logs in this case. It just seems you are trying to make it difficult for your customers to reach you.
2. I received an automatic reply with advice that does not apply. Again, not helpful, I can see that advice here.

I have exactly the same problem, Ondrej. It seems like a major design flaw in NeoReader. Hoping they modernize the app ASAP. I'll otherwise be forced to look at other non-Boox options
