Boox Nova Pro: eBook (epub, mobi) annotations lost after factory reset

Hello,

i had to reset my Nova Pro recently.
My whole library and my handwritten notes have been backed up beforehand.

Now that i've restored my library and notes I realized that all of my annotations, highlights and handwritten notes in my e-books (epib, mobi etc.) are gone.

Where are those annotations stored? Is there any change to recover them?

How do i backup my highlights and transfer them to a different device or even read them on my computer?

Unfortunately, I could not find any documentation on this, let alone a solution to my problem, so I reach out to you.

I hope you can help me recover my lost data.
