Sharing selected pages on a marked up PDF

I am marking up a PDF that has many pages. After I am done marking it up, I would like to share (email, dropbox, etc) ONLY the pages in the PDF that I have marked up. I don't want to (or need to) share the entire PDF with markups, but only these selected pages where I have made annotations. Is there a way to save and share a PDF with only selected pages?

I know you can screenshot individual pages, but that is not a good solution. Say, I am reviewing a report that has 400 pages and I make markups on 100 pages. I want to share only the 100 pages with markups. Can this be done easily?
