Dear Sir or Madam,
After updating my Note 2 to the FW 3.1 the sync into Boox server is no longer working (since two weeks, and it never worked). I'm using the same account on both Boxx website and Note 2, I switched between CN and US server, bound the device, I created a new note....unsucessfully. Sync is still not working. All my notes have a tringle with an exclamation point and no safe backup of them exists.
Moreover trying to send a feedback with my Note 2 is no longer working. Submitting a feedback I always get a "Failed to send"
So my Note 2 is becoming not usable. I need a reliable backup of my editable notes, backing up exported PDF is not the same thing.
Please correct the bugs and send to your customer a delivery date of fixing packge.
