How to use the recorder app on Poke 3?

Hi,

I wanted to make a sound record with recorder app on poke 3 but after saving the file, when I played it there was no sound at all. I sang directly to the e-reader and the media volume was above average (there's no sound input at all, it seems). Do I have to connect it with a micro? Please guide me on how to make recording files with Poke 3.

  There is a microphone in a Poke 3. There are no speakers though.

  If you are using the new style cover it blocks the tiny hole near the USB connector. You might try without the cover or drill a hole in the cover.

  Actually, it doesn't sound too bad even with the cover blocking the hole.

  You could also try:

  • A Bluetooth headset
  • A USB audio adapter plugged into a USB Type C OTG adapter
  • A USB Type C headphone adapter
  • Copying the sound file to your desktop and playing there
