Max Lumi as monitor on Samsung Dex

I can use my Max lumi as HDMI monitor for Windows PC, but for Samsung Dex it is not working. I have tried Samsung Galaxy S8, s10, Note9, Note10 and different USBC-HDMI adapters - the screen shows only black box on the side. Please fix it
