Note3, Firmware 3.1, problems with notes sync
Hello,
Two days ago I've noticed that my notes are not syncing anymore. I tried changing the server, with no luck. Interestingly, when I log into the push.boox.com, I can see the icons with the new notes (when I added some pages into the notebook), but I cannot access them. How can I solve this problem?

Sorry, it's hard to analyze the issue for now. We suggest you go to Settings > Feedback to tap on "Save logs to local storage". Please reboot the device and when the issue occurs, submit bugs via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better.
