Crash after Firmware update 2021-04-20_06-46_3.1_ba5de7e on Max 2

I updated my Max 2 with the latest firmware 2021-04-20_06-46_3.1_ba5de7e via OTA. After the update, my Max 2 has been rendered unusable.  Crashed and froze after a minutes, especially after turn on the Google Play service.

I'm wondering where i can download the previous version of firmware, which is not available on the official site.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

  Thank you for your post. Generally speaking, it is not recommended to downgrade the firmware. If you downgrade the firmware, you may come across some bugs or even lose some data since there is something different in the new firmware. We have replied to your inquiry.
