In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, you can update the firmware to version 4.0.
Also, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time.
If the problem persists, please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot.
If still unable to fix the problem, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device and please submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and describe the question in the feedback. Our tech team will check and get back to you as soon as possible.
