Boox go color 7
What can i do to fix my issues. When I leave my boox go color 7 (after just charging it battery stated it was 100) when I go to turn it on it wont come on like its dead but I just charged it. When I plug it in it just filters thru the reboot cycle and now it wont come on at all. This was a Christmas gift and I am unsure of where it was purchased and the order number.

In this case, please charge the device with a 5V/2A charger for a few minutes. After that, please do not remove the power source, and please directly long-press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it is able to turn on the device.

I left it plugged in for 12 hrs and it still wont turn on all it has is a black screen that gets darker when I try to turn it on I have held the power button for a full min. and it still wont do anything. This is the 3rd or 4th time its done this and I was able to get it back on but now it wont turn on at all.

I have tried to attach the video several times and it won't attach the only thing it will let me attach is a picture.
