Backing up the Note Air 4C

Is there a backup program for the Note Air 4C that would backup the settings for all of the apps? I don't see anything in the setup info about backups.

  Is there some way to do this manually? That is, could I just copy the entire file system to a computer and then restore it that way? Or are there specific parts of the file system that contain the app settings that I could copy? Or is there Android backup software that would work on the Note Air 4C?
