Note Air 4c. There seems to be a small area of my screen which doesn’t display the lines (or any writing).

I just noticed that it doesn’t recognize the touch of the pen, because if I use my finger, it will work.

If I draw straight lines through “that area”, the lines will form a blank circle. It’s like a Black Hole that  steals anything I write.

I wish I could submit a photo so you could better understand.

  Dear customer,

  We suspect the issue is related to the flap on the protective case. The flap has magnets inside, which will affect the magnetic field of the stylus. In this case, we suggest not folding the flap underneath the device, or you could try to remove the magnetic case. After that, please check if the problem can be fixed.

  I restarted it 3 times, I turned it off an on another 3 times; I even reset my device, but the issue continued.
  Suddenly, after 20 minutes after the reset, the issue started to go away.

  I wouldn’t think it was the magnets because it was a very defined circle area.
  After the reset the area changed a little bit in size and it’s location.

  I’ve been using the folio since the first day and nothing happened until today.

  If it happens again, I will try to remove the folio and see if the magnets might be the cause.
