Note Air 4c. Copy/Paste doesn’t hold the color of the shapes.

Hello!

Whenever I copy anything that contains any shape (like a line, a curve, an arrow, square, triangle, etc.) and then paste it, it only respect the colors of the hand written notes, but the colors of shapes end in black.

I hope this could be corrected with an update, because I have to be constantly changing the colors of all the shapes included in my Copy/Paste. Kindest regards!

  Dear customer,
  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please open the notepad > Swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > E Ink Center > turn off "High Contrast". Or you could try to change the refresh mode to "HD". Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
