Background in Notes disappears

    Dear customer,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please open the Notes app > Swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > E Ink Center > Enable "High Contrast". Also, you could try to click the "Reset" button next to "Dark Color Enhancement" in the E Ink Center. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
