Cannot read book in epub format, only mobi

Hi there

I have a Note Air4c and I have a few books, that I converted to epub (via epubor Ultimate). When I transfer them to my device, I cannot read them in the NeoReader App. When I convert them into mobi, all works fine. Is ther a setting I'm missing?

  Dear customer, 
   We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try to open a random book > tap on the center of the page to bring up the menu > Click the "More" icon on the top right corner > Settings > Other Settings > turn off "Use V3 engine for ePub". Then, please check if the problem persists.
