    Dear customer,

    In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, please update the firmware to the latest version. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.

    If still unable to fix the problem, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue and take a video to record the problem. Then, please send us the video by submitting a request via the link below:

    This would be my number 1 feature request, taking notes its the main purpose of the device, the experience should be basically flawless. We shouldn't have to constantly turn off hand recognition.

    As a new user, palm rejection is shockingly bad and causes unwanted scrolling about a third of the time. Have enrolled in the beta program.

    And there's no need to video it, it happens so often there's no doubt Boox engineers are aware of it. All they have to do is use the device! Open the notes app, add a PDF as a template, zoom in slightly and try to write - the page will scroll 2 or 3 times per minute as they write.
