    We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking with our tech, they have fixed this issue in the latest version of firmware for Go 10.3. In this case, we suggest applying for the beta test via Settings > Firmware Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, please check if it is possible to update the firmware to the latest version. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
