Feature request: Customise colours (pen, highlight, underline)
As a disabled user, I would like to be able to have custom colours in Neoreader and the Notes app, for the writing (pen, pencil etc) tools, the highlighter tools, and underlining tools. Being able to choose a custom colour from a colour picker and adjust the transparency would be incredibly helpful. This would enable me to tweak the UI to accommodate my particular needs, e.g. where i require more contrast than the standard set of colours allows. Note: I am not requesting a general 'accessiblity' feature, but the ablity to customise standard features, which will allow for people to adapt the interface according to their own preferences or needs.
