All boox apps don't work
Hi!
I have a Note Air 3c, and I noticed that after the upgrade to the 4.0 firmware, all the boox native apps ceased to work. They are lagging, very slow in processing, bad implemented and completely useless.
I can't use them to write, neither to read PDFs, nor to read epubs. All the system became slow, it drains fast battery and frequently is not responding.
I wonder how this could happen since this is a device intended exactly to do this tasks. And native apps in my experience should be the best optimized for the device.
Other apps works just fine (OneNote, obsidian, Notion even Goodnotes work better than the native apps).
Please can you resolve those issues? It's very frustrating to have a device that became useless after an update, when before was ok.
