    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you can follow the steps below to enter the recovery mode of the Palma 2 first.

    After that, you can swipe down on the empty area to select "Wipe Data/Factory Reset". Then, you can press the power button to reset the device. After that, please check if the problem can be fixed.

    Unfortunately, that didn't seem to fix the issue; I was wondering if there would be any other possible methods?

    Here is a video of my Palma 2's frozen screen. 

    Is this a software, or hardware issue? Additionally, if it is a hardware issue, is it covered by the warranty?
