Issue with Note Air 4 C – Screen zoom and shift while writing in Notes

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Onyx Boox Note Air 4 C while using the Notes app.
When I zoom in the screen, disable gestures and the capacitive touch, and then try to write, the screen still zooms or shifts if my hand accidentally touches it.

This makes it difficult to take notes properly. Could you please advise how to fix this issue or if there will be a firmware update to resolve it?

  Dear customer.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking with our tech team, we removed the option for disabling the swipe gesture in firmware 4.1. However, we will add a switch for swiping to turn the page in the next firmware 4.1.1. In this case, we will suggest disabling the "Hand touch" option from the control center as a workaround solution now.
