Problems syncing with Google Drive
I've been using NoteAir4C since January 2025. It often happens that parts of notes are synced with errors when syncing with Google Drive. For example: a) missing parts of handwritten text, b) overwritten text due to the failure to register the movement of a note part, c) handwritten text overlapping with the text box after AI recognition.

Dear customer,
In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device. Then, please go to Notes > Click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > Sync Settings > click the "Update" button. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
If the problem persists, please try to unbind the Google Drive on your device and bind it again.
If still unable to fix the problem, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device. After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible after you submit the Feedback. Many thanks for your effort and understanding.

Following up on my previous post, I’ve noticed the same issue occurs when syncing with other platforms (e.g., OneDrive, Evernote). Briefly, it often happens that when I delete a handwritten text, or convert handwriting to text using AI, or cut and paste, or move handwriting within the page, the original handwritten content still appears once the note is exported as a PDF. This situation is quite annoying and disappointing. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Dear customer,
In this case, we are wondering which firmware version your device is. The latest firmware for Note Air 4 C is 2025-07-26_19-00_4.1-rel_0726_509651412, and we confirm the synchronization between the BOOX and OneDrive is working properly in this firmware version. Therefore, please update the firmware of your device to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device. If the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device.

I am also having this issue. Specifically when I delete handwriting it sometimes remains there on the exported PDF. The only way to remove it is by exporting the note as another .note and then opening it on Boox and replacing the old one with it. However for large notebooks, this takes a long time and is very frustrating to have to do quite often.

Yesterday I sent a feedback directly by my boox attaching some screenshots to show the problem. I hope this frustrating issue can be solved quickly.

Hello Boox Team,
i am having the same issue with the Boox Go 10.3.
On Google Drive I see the handwritten notes and the AI converted text at the same time.
Firmeware is up to date.

Hi Meischi,
We are sincerely sorry that the firmware 4.1.1 has not been released for Go 10.3 yet. Our tech team is working on adapting the firmware to the devices that haven't received the update, and will release it once it is stable. In this case, we suggest going to Settings > More Settings > System Update > enable "Automatically Detect Updates". After that, your device will receive a notification once the new firmware is available. Many thanks for your patience and understanding.0
