Cannot bind a second device to my email
I bought a Boox Max and I cannot bind the email, says it is already taken. I had a Poke linked to the same email that I gave away to a relative. Any solutions?

In this case, you can log in to your email account on the website push.boox.com(US server) or eur.boox.com(EUR server) first. Then, you can follow the steps below to delete your email account.

Once you delete your email account, please check if it is possible to bind your email to your phone number account.
