We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware of your device to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via Settings > System Update. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.If the problem persists, please try to reset the device via "Settings" > "Version"> "Factory Reset". Please note that resetting the device will delete all data and files on your device. Please back up all important notes and documents before restoring the factory default. After that, please check if the problem can be fixed.

After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device.
