Screen issues
I am thinking of buying the new Note Air 5c. Unfortunately, I read many posts that Boox screens have issues where they apparently suddenly develop horizontal and vertical stripes without the screen being broken or subjected to any external pressure and Boox always denies responsibility, insisting it is caused by external force and one must therefore pay for screen replacement. This is making me have second thoughts. I am worried that I buy and then the screen issue happens and I am stuck between paying hundreds of euros extra for replacement or unusable product.

We would like to clarify that the BOOX device will not develop horizontal and vertical stripes without the screen being broken or subjected to any external pressure. In fact, the E-Ink screen is durable, and most screen problems are caused by impact or dropping from a height. As the screen issue will not occur if the device is used properly, there is no need to worry about the screen issue.
