    Dear customer,
    We are sincerely sorry that we currently don't have information on when the new firmware will be released for Tab X C. In this case, you could go to Settings > More Settings > System Update > enable "Automatically Detect Updates". Then, you will receive notifications as soon as the new firmware is released.     Hi,

    I have a similar issue with my Boox Onyx Go v10.3

    I already had my Zotero bound to my device for many months, but these days I wasn't being able to download pdfs within the Zotero integration. After trying to fix it by rebooting, turning wifi on and off, and using a different wifi, I decided to try unbinding it and binding it again.

    Once I tried to rebind it, I faced the same issue described above. Frustrating.

    Are you also working on new firmware for Onyx Go v10.3? If so, do you have any idea of a timeline?

    Also, do you have any idea if the issues with the PDF download and the Cloudflare CAPTCHA share the same cause, which new firmware will fix?

    Regarding the isssue with Go 10.3 being unable to bind the  Zotero, our tech team has fixed this issue. The device needs to be upgraded with new firmware in order to take effect. We are sorry that we currently unable to provide an estimated date for when the new firmware to be released for Go 10.3. However, we will release the new firmware as soon we can.     I've got the same problem on the Note Max. I've also had issues syncing files to the Note Max from my Zotero library that are larger than 10mb—I've always had to do a workaround using dropbox (which is a huge pain). 

    Can you please just get the syncing with Zotero to work like it does so well with Dropbox?

    Same issue on the Boox Note Air 3C.  Really hoping for a quick fix on this one.
