Full refresh issue after the latest firmware update
Hello! I wanna ask Onyx Boox team about the issues regarding the latest software updates. I'm currently using Boox Palma 2 and I'm having some inconveniences after the latest firmware update. That is because of the new EinkWise system. When using 3rd app, I set the refresh mode as HD mode, the page is fully refreshed whenever I drag the pages. I know I can set the refresh time from 1s to 5s but I just wanna disable this 'full refresh after drag page' function. When using neoreader app, there's no 'full refresh after drag page', so I can use my device without any inconvenience.
Before the update, I've been using normal mode and everything was good.
Could I get a solution to my problem? or Could you guys solve this issue in the next update?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you can open the 3rd-party app > swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > EinkWise > click the gear icon next to the selected theme (Recommend, Fast Refresh, Customize) > Refresh. After that, you can turn on and off the "Full Refresh after Drag Page". Many thanks for your understanding.
