Folder-Based Bookshelf

It is possible to create a folder-based bookshelf? The bookshelfs I created so far are all stored under storage/books. Sub-level bookshelfs are stored with BOOX proprietary metadata rather than subfolders. When I sync books from one device to another device with 3rd party cloud solutions, I cannot see the structure of bookshelfs in my local library unless I manually create subfolders in the cloud.

I use Boox Go 10.3 and a Chinese T10C. Since they don't share the same BOOX server, I cannot sync them without a 3rd party cloud.
