    Dear customer,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for update" on your device. If the problem persists, please try the following solutions:

    1) Please try to go to Notes > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > Sync Settings > Update notes data > Update. Then, please try to open the old notebook on your BOOX device and close it. Then, please check if it is possible to sync the notebook.

    2) Please try to unbind and rebind the OneDrive to your BOOX device. Then, please open and close the notebook and check if it syncs.

    If the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device. After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs". Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible after you submit the Feedback. Many thanks for your understanding.
