Boox palma 2 pro: get android auto work

Hi I would like to use Boox palma 2 pro to navigate my toyota car. I installed Android Auto on boox, but it didn’t open when I clicked on it. What should I do?

  We are afraid that Palma 2 Pro does not work with Android Auto. Our tech team is aware of this issue and they are currently working to fix it. In this case, we suggest using other device as alternative. Many thanks for your understanding.
