    Dear customer,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce the problem with the battery and submit feedback. To more accurately locate the problem, please assist in completing the following log collection operations:

    1) Enable the option to save logs. Please go to Settings > Feedback > Click on the Settings icon in the upper right corner to enable the Save Log to Local option

    2) Reproduce the issue and submit the log. When the device experiences rapid power consumption again:

    2-a) Please describe the problem in the feedback. (e.g. 7% power consumption per hour of reading or listening to a book using a device)

    2-b) Please tick the option "I agree to send encrypted log data" and click "Send".
