Poke 2 update in FW, but not in the manual - refresh rates possibility (understanding refresh options)

Last version for my Poke 2 FW 2021-04-07... user manual is "Boox Poke2 User Manual (20201104)". In the menu for app optimization i see Refresh setting different from user manual and also from 5th. image in page https://help.boox.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058069991-How-To-Optimize-The-Apps-If-BOOX-Color-E-Ink-Tablets-Come-Across-Ghosting-Effects- (over the text "When refreshing the screen, please kindly press the Full Screen Refresh Button mceclip8.png a few times.") 
Is there an explanation for this somewhere in the available manual for different device? And what is good for You for default browser for standart newspaper webpages (not Youtube :) ) or for EinkBro app for webpages reading/scrolling? I think this 8 core device acts as 2 core device when i compare it with my 1 core old eink device and 8 core mobile phone. When i take any test for processor speed is ultra fast, but refreshing during webpages viewing is problem.

The "Regal" page refresh scheme uses a proprietary chipset (that's not in my Boox Note) to do a "partial" page refresh. In other words, it doesn't refresh everything on the screen and usually refreshes faster. The algorithms used to control the chip are proprietary too and may be different from manufacturer to manufacturer (Regal is used in Kindles, Kobos, and Nook Glowlights among others).

A2 does a faster page refresh by utilizing "dithering". It effectively lowers the resolution to speed things up. It does tend to leave an "afterimage" over time and maybe that's what the "Bleaching" function does (clean up the old pixels). I don't know since my Note doesn't have that either. I have to turn off A2, do page refresh, and then turn it back on if I want to "clean" a page." about it

But it will be better to know about 4 refresh strategies and settings of them just from BOOX company. This new article https://www.boox.com/2021/05/14/optimize-ghosting-on-color-e-ink-screen/ is probably for new color display.
