Boox Nova3 Color Images look really bad in certain apps

Hello.

I just got my Boox Nova3 Color. It seems that for some reason in apps like the browser or Discord images look very poor quality. When I save these images and look a them in the photo veiwer they look fantastic.

It seems the tablet is deliberately making some apps images look worse. Whats most irritiating about it is when I do a full screen refresh it will sometimes display the image properly for one or two seconds before reverting to the poor quality version.

How can I stop this from happening?
