It keeps showing welcome screen(Initial setting screen)

It was ok after android 9.0 update, but currently it keeps showing initial setting screen whenever power on. Do you have idea to solve this problem?

  Hello there!

  I'm having the exact same issue here with my Nova Pro

  It's not only when rebooting, every time I open the Launcher (on reboot, on clicking Navigation Ball twice..)
