Nova 3 : Wifi on 2.4Ghz bands not found

I have a Nova 3 and it doesn't find any wifi on 2.4 bands.

On its box, it says that both 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz are supported and I have used 2.4GHz wifi with my device before.

What can I do about it?

  Sorry for the inconvenience, Nova 3 is support 2.4G and 5G WIFI. You could check the connectability of your wifi or maybe mac settings in your wifi. The following is the specification of Nova 3 in the user manual. 
  
  
  
  If there is no problem on wifi but still unable to connect to the network. It is recommended to submit bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.​
